Clinical and Community Case Management Services Community Support Services are developed out of the principles of recovery, with the goal of assisting and supporting successful integration into the community, minimizing dependence on the mental health system and improving functioning and quality of life. Clinical Care Teams provide psychopharmacology, therapy, case management and mental illness management services to those suffering from severe and chronic mental illnesses. Top
Vocational Rehabilitation This program assists those recovering from mental illness in the process of starting or returning to work. Top
Deaf Services The Deaf Services Team, which includes clinicians and interpreters, is available to provide culturally competent diagnostic and treatment services and assist mentally ill individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing to acquire the necessary skills to become more independent in the community.
