The Director of Assessment and Brief Treatment Services will be a key member of our management team and will
help lead in the expansion of our Outpatient Department. While caring for individuals with severe mental
illness remains a core mission, the agency is committed to providing accessible, time-limited, proven
therapies that meet the needs of a wide array of community residents. We are searching for a dynamic,
experienced clinician with top-notch relationship building skills who will be responsible for overseeing and
coordinating the organization's Assessment & Brief Treatment department. Key performance objectives include
provision of direct service to clients, administrative and clinical supervision, assisting in recruitment,
training and supervision of all staff who provide direct services, implementation and maintenance of
evidence-based treatment programs; oversight and coordination of training opportunities for professional growth
and development of staff and preparation of administrative reports and annual budget. Essential qualifications
include graduate degree with NH clinical license, supervisory and administrative experience, superior competence
in analyzing situations and recommending appropriate actions, and ability to inspire strong, collaborative
relationships with team members, colleagues and community partners. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Vocational Services Coordinator |
We are seeking a candidate with excellent communication skills, energy, enthusiasm and motivation to develop and
oversee the vocational/supportive employment program. This program is for people with mental illness and assists
them to obtain and maintain meaningful employment. Responsibilities include developing vocational goals and
meaningful employment opportunities; advocating for employment for individuals, through direct contact with
businesses, service organizations and other public relations activities; providing skills teaching within the work
setting. Also, the coordinator serves as the Agency’s liaison between employer and client. A Bachelor’s degree in
human services and one year of experience in a psychiatric setting required. Experience with vocational programs
and or established relationships in the local community a plus. Full time position. Strong part time candidates
will be considered.
