Stabilization |
Specialized
staff work intensively with children, adolescents and their families
in order to stabilize crises and improve mental health functioning. Top

Support, Intensive Case Management and Community-Based Services |
Families
are included in the team working with childern and adolescents,
and are provided
counseling, education, and respite care. Community and home based
services are provided for those needing this level of care; those
returning from or at risk of placement, homelessness, or those
with parents who suffer from mental illness. Top

Adult Program |
Provides
services to persons age 16-21 who suffer from emotional problems
as they transition
into the adult world. Functional skills, improved mental health
functioning and educational/vocational supports are provided
in a group milieu and individually. Top

Impact |
Offered
in collaboration with the NH Judicial Branch, and designed to
provide parents
with information to help reduce the impact of divorce or custody
change on their children, and help them make choices consistent
with their children's emotional and physical well being. Top

| Greater
Nashua Supervised Visitation Center |
The Greater Nashua Supervised
Visitation Center began as a project of the Nashua Domestic Violence
Coordinating Council in 1999 and formally opened in January of
2003. The GNSVC provides fully supervised visits, partially supervised
visits and supervised exchanges for families affected by domestic
violence. we also offer consultation services to determine the
appropriateness of our services.
Most of our referrals primarily
come from the Courts, attorneys, DCYF and Guardians ad Litem.
The day and time of the visit/exchange is subject to the Visitation
Center schedule. Most on-site visits last one hour and occur
once a week.
